Symptoms

When attempting to calculate payroll for person who does not have enough wages to deduct the full bankruptcy deduction and a 401k deduction, the following error occurs:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a bankruptcy element
2. Add the bankruptcy to an employee via Manage Calculation Cards for a flat amount
3. Add a 401k deduction element entry to an employee
4. Process a QuickPay for an employee with gross wages less than the bankruptcy deduction amount
QuickPay ends in error
