Goal

Customer needs information about evaluating the option of integrating Oracle Sales Cloud - Customer Data Management with OEDQ for Match-Merge configuration.
In Siebel UCM there is a concept of Exact match, which means if the different data is coming with same external Id and external system name, loading process directly updates the existing record and is called as exact match.
Does same happen in Oracle Sales Cloud - Customer Data Management?

What will happen in this case?

Do we have a similar concept of exact match in OSC while integrating it with Siebel UCM?
 
Scenario:

Source System Name Source System Id Organization Name
CRM 1234 TestOrg

Now another data is coming with below details

Source System Name Source System Id Organization Name
CRM 1234 Org1234

Will this second account will go for matching or will update the previous record?
