How to create Analytical report on Lead Assignment history?
For example : Lead flows through many systems in its lifetime. It is created in Eloqua, then assigned to Call Center engineer, and call center engineer assigns to an Agent and then to Sales person. How can OOTB SA be used to report this assignment structure so that corrective actions can be taken if Lead stays with particular user for a longer period of time.
