Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Selecting shipping method in PO screen doesn't come up immediately.  LOV pops up and makes the user enter advanced search taking extra steps and slowing the search process.

STEPS
-----------------------

1. Navigate to PO screen
2. Select shipping method
3. LOV pops up and forces user to enter advanced search
