Symptoms


Error when saving a requisition :
Charge account cannot be generated for distribution 1.
Cause : The function adxx_xla_0021_tad_c_00061_pvt.get_flexfield_segment failed because of database error: ORA-0000: normal, successful completion.

Same was working for another  Business Unit
