Duplicate Accounts Shown As Non Duplicate On CDM

On : 184.108.40.206.0 version, Data Quality, Customer Hub
In Customer Data Management some Accounts are not shown as duplicates.
Customer tests the Duplicate Identification Batch functionality and have created two new accounts. Now the expectation is to find the duplicates in Customer Data Management. Have requested to check the profile value of ZCH_AUTO_MERGE_THRESHOLD in order to see if they have an exact match of 100%. They have checked with a lower value and they cannot see the duplicates in CDM.
Duplicate Identification Batch functionality should see the two accounts with the same name.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. I have changed the value of ZCH_AUTO_MERGE_THRESHOLD as 5 and 10.
2. I had tried with 5 and 10 profile values.
3. I have create an 2 accounts with the name, I am able to see the duplicate on UI however when I ran a merge request in CDM its showing that there are no duplicates.
