Fusion Absence Management: Error while trying to view Accrual Balance after Enrolment (ANC-3405067) (Doc ID 2141021.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run accrual balance the following error occurs.

ERROR

ANC-3405067A configuration matrix error occurred. Contact your administrator.Inform your administrator that an error occurred while evaluating the configuration matrix. Plan XXXX Accrual Plan- FAS. Effective date 2013-05-31. Person XXXXXX. Configuration matrix error Error parsing expression: [LengthOfService.LengthofService-FAS] < 3, Message: Error in parseTerminal: Expected NUM, VAR, STR, or DATE, but got UNKNOWN of value [LengthOfService.LengthofService.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator > Person Management > Manage Absence Records >
2. Manage Absences and Entitlements > Plan Participation > Accrual Plans > Run Accruals for Selected Plan
3. Error: ANC-3405067 A configuration matrix error occurred. Contact your administrator.Inform your administrator that an error occurred while evaluating the configuration matrix. Plan XXXX Accrual Plan- FAS. Effective date 2013-05-31. Person XXXX.
