Duplicate Identification Batch processing failing with error message "java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException".

Customer is running a simple "C1_DQ_SEED_CONTACT_DUP_IDENTIFICATION" copy.
They have rebuilt the keys


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Duplicate Identification Batch
2. Fails with reason: "java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException".

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot run Duplicate Identification Batch.
