Symptoms

Trying to use Item Number Source from Cost Management into Purchasing and getting XLA-8709456 error when tried to Activate/Validate the Transaction Account Definition in Release 10 Cloud environment.

Steps to Reproduced:
1. Add Cost Management account rule in Purchasing account Rule (Purpose- wanted to use Item number for expense and in purchasing there is no Item number source present in Release 10 cloud environment)
2. Trying to Activate the TAD (Transaction Account Definition)
3. Getting error:
XLA-870946 The activation of the transaction account definition has failed.Contact your application administrator. You can also view the details of the activation errors.
