Run Batch Processes "Using A Schedule" Is Not Working

Symptoms

"Using a schedule" option is not working in Compensation Batch Process as there are no values available to schedule the process at a specified date or time.

There should be drop down to select schedule

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Run Batch Process --> Advanced --> Schedule
