Symptoms

Ran a payroll for Pay Period 8: 4/16 – 4/30 paid date of 5/5 then ran the Payroll Activity Report (Total Net $537,031.46) and the Gross to Net Report (Total Net $537,032.46) for a difference of $1.00. There were no other processes run before or after the Calculate Payroll Process was run.

Payroll Activity Report which had the following:
Imputed Earnings 6,781.70
Standard Earnings 732,198.59
Total Earnings 738,980.29
Total Gross Pay 732,198.59
Involuntary Deductions 1,342.59
Voluntary Deductions 16,629.19
Pretax Deductions 26,336.72
Total Deductions 44,308.50
Employee Tax Deductions 150,857.63
Total Tax Deductions 150,857.63
Total Net 537,031.46

Gross to Net Report had the following:
Standard Earnings 732,198.59
Imputed Earnings 6,781.70
Total Earnings 738,980.29
Total Gross Pay 732,198.59
Involuntary Deductions 1,342.59
Pretax Deductions 26,336.72
Employee Tax Deductions 150,857.63
Voluntary Deductions 16,629.19
Total Deductions 195,166.13
Total Net 537,032.46

After the Achieve process was run, the Payment Register, Payroll Register, and Make EFT report was run. The Payment Register matched the Payroll Activity Report (Total Net 537,031.46), while the Payroll Register and Make EFT reports matched the Gross to Net Report (Total Net 537,032.46).

This is affecting the reconciliation of the payroll process.
