Blanket Agreement created through Import process does not show in Catalog.
A previous work around of, "perform changes/updates to BA lines in UI and re-approve BA so that ICX and CTX tables get populated to show-up Catalog lines in Requisitions," that was suggested to a customer in Release 9 is not feasible when there are 100's of lines in a BA.
The expectation is that the ICX and CTX tables are managed correctly in Self Service Procurement for Blanket Agreements created with the Import process and the Catalog is populated.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Import Blanket Agreement.
2. Observe the Catalog is not populated.
