Symptoms

Not able to see the Cost Accounting Periods in Manage Cost Accounting Periods UI in cloud environment.

Steps to Reproduced:
1. Assign the First Opened Period in Cost Books in Manage Cost Organization Relationships
2. Navigate to Manage Cost Accounting Periods
3. Not able to see the Costing Period
