Task Notification not appearing in the Bell icon area on FUSE Home Page

An Object Workflow was created (based on a Business Process) for a Contact creation approval process.
The Task to approve the Contact is created successfully and if the user (approver) goes to Notifications (Bell icon) > More Details > Customer Relationship Management in the BPM Worklist the Task to approve the Contact creation is in the list.
The issue is that the Notification does not appear in the Recent Notifications area when going to the Bell icon on the Home page.
