Fusion Inv: Unable to Select Profit Center Business Unit For Inventory Organization

Symptoms
When editing a inventory organization there are no values to select for Profit Center Business Unit. In the search area for the Manage Inventory Organizations task, the desired Profit Center Business Unit appears but it does not appear in the LOV on the organization record. Here are the steps to reproduce the issue -
1) Navigate to Setup and Maintenance
2) Search and open task "Manage Inventory Organizations"
3) Search and edit your Inventory Organizations
4) Select Profit Center Business Unit LOV
5) It should be empty
