Fusion Global Payroll: Change Hire Date of Employees PayrollUsageEO Error (Doc ID 2147981.1)

Goal

Log into Fusion applications
Navigate to My Workforce > Person Management
Enter person's name
Click Search
Click on name
Click on Manage Work Relationship under Personal and Employment area
Click Actions / Edit
Modify hire date
Click Submit

Unable to change hire date of employee as getting below error:

JBO-27024: Failed to validate a row with key oracle.jbo.Key[100000002375404 ] in PayrollUsageEO
