Purchase Order Report Is Erroring Out When Custom Template Uploaded

Symptoms
Purchase Order Report is erroring out when custom template uploaded.
Error:
When trying to open the Customized Report customer gets the following error in BI- 'java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException'
When Customer go to Fusion Application-> Purchasing UI and View PDF and getting below Error:
'The file was not downloaded or was not downloaded correctly.
Client received SOAP Fault from server : PublicReportService::generateReport for reportAbsolutePath [Procurement/Purchasing/PurchaseOrderReport.xdo] failed: due to oracle.xdo.Exception: 'java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException'
Steps to Reproduce:
- Go to BI -> Shared Folder -> Procurement-> Purchasing
- Customize the Seeded Template - Purchase Order PDF
- It creates a new layout in Customer in Shared Folder -> Custom-> Procurement-> Purchasing
- Then Customer can open the Report and it is working
- Now download the report-> Customize it and upload back to the Custom folder
- Then try to open the Customized Report and getting error - 'java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException'
- Go to Fusion Application-> Purchasing UI and View PDF and getting below Error:
'The file was not downloaded or was not downloaded correctly.
