When attempting to add a personal payment method to a specific employee the incorrect organization payment method is available based on the employee's legal employer.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator>Person Management
2. Search and select the person
3. Select the Manage Personal Payment Methods
4. Click the Create icon
5. Select the Organization Payment Method drop-down - note the incorrect value is returned
