Symptoms

Unable to Search and Select Supplier for the process Accrual Reconciliation Report


Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Fusion Application
2. Scheduled Processes
3. Schedule New Process/ Accrual Reconciliation Report
4. Trying to search the Supplier LOV but it is saying "No search fields added"
