Symptoms

Monitor missing Performance review is giving error on searching.
'A connection to server has failed'

Currently system is being used by approx. 5000 users, and the customer plans to roll out for entire 60000+ staffs next month.
Hence it would not be feasible for Admin users to filter by each department in the Company, and search for missing performance documents.

Ideally the Search functionality should retrieve the missing documents once the mandatory parameters are selected.
