Fusion PIM: Item Attributes not Updating when an Attribute is Set to Null

Item Attributes are set to null and when imported the item does not update the corresponding field.

Expect to see the field get updated with Null value

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a custom package which extracts the item attribute data from E-Business Suite application as .xml file.
2. File is then uploaded to Product Hub via FTP.

Note:Above all steps are done in one Concurrent Request in EBS
