Symptoms

Not able to create talent review meeting

Getting the below error when the user tries to create a talent review meeting

Error: Attribute MeetingOrganizationId in MeetingEO is required

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator > My Workforce > Talent Review
2. Create a new meeting
3. Enter basic details and click next
4. Get the error
