AR AutoInvoice Interface Correction Spreadsheet Server Error - Unable To Purge (Doc ID 2158042.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Billing - Auto Invoice

AR AutoInvoice Interface Correction Spreadsheet Server Error - ADFDI-05577: Failed to retrieve table row data from the server. The remote server returned an error: (504) Gateway Timeout.

The above error is thrown when there are too many records with errors in the Autoinvoice Interface tables
Expected Result:
A solution should exist to clear the data when there are too many  erroneous transactions in interface tables.

Actual Result: when there are too many erroneous transactions in interface tables  not even using the Manage AutoInvoice Errors users cannot delete them as spreadsheet is throwing ADFDI-05577: Failed to retrieve table row data from server. or Error message on spreadsheet: Action Failed (when Spreadsheet loads, when clicking 'Search' or 'Save')

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in: https://ebwt-dev2.fs.ap1.oraclecloud.com/homePage/faces/AtkHomePageWelcome
2. Navigator > Billing, Go to Manage AutoInvoice Errors > Click Hyperlink 11,763 for FXL_AUD_BU > Spreadsheet Opens -> Login > Download rows 11,763 > Select rows for deletion (double click row D, autofill for all rows) > Save
3. Navigator > Monitor Scheduled Processes > Run Purge AutoInvoice Data > select FXL_AUD_BU > Submit
4. Navigator > Billing > Manage AutoInvoice Errors should show 0 for FXL_AUD_BU
