Fusion Global Human Resources: ADF page error on contact information

On : 22.214.171.124.0 version, Global Human Resources
When attempting to navigate to Contact Information following a specific navigation,
the following error occurs.
"ADF_FACES-60097:For more information, please see the server's error log for an entry beginning with: ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR, #3 after that it will show"
"An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.
An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 242, Server Domain: HCMDomain, Server Instance: CoreProcessesServer_1, Application Name: HcmCoreApp."
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. navigate to person gallery
2. click on a person in the org chart
3. navigate to competency section
4. navigate to Development and Growth section
5. click edit on Career Statement
6. click cancel
7. click on Contact information
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view Contact Information.
