When a dispute is withdrawn, the status should be updated.
1. Person A creates a dispute.
2. Analyst received the dispute. Dispute status = 'Assigned'
3. Analyst requests more information. Dispute status = 'Request for Information'
4. Person A receives the worklist item and withdraws the dispute. Dispute status = 'Request for Information'
