After deleted the Receipts, did not reflect this to Review Customer Account Details (Doc ID 2158862.1)

Symptoms

After deleted the Receipts and run Process Receivables Transactional Events for Summary Tables, did not reflect this to Review Customer Account Details.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Created a receipt
2. Run Process Receivables Transactional Events for Summary Tables
3. deleted the receipt created
4. Run Process Receivables Transactional Events for Summary Tables
5. Review Customer Account Details did not have any changes in the Overviews.
