Why does the selected participants get cleared out when changing the date range for the submitting calculation ?
This also happens when duplicate an existing calculation process with included participants then change the From and To date range.
Navigator > Credits and Earnings > Manage Calculation Processes > Create
a. The [ From Date ] and [ To Date ] are populated with today's date as defaulted.
b. Change [ Calculate For ] = Specific Participants
c. Select some participants to be in the Included Participants section
... user realized the date range is incorrect.
d. Change the From and To dates and noticed the selected participants for the Included section is cleared out.
