Fusion Compensation: Filters Disappear from the Workforce Compensation Worksheet when Using "View As Tree" Mode

Worksheet filters disappear when following the below steps:
1. user goes into the compensation worksheet
2. within the worksheet, the filter options, such as Name, Team, Job are available
3. switch to "View as Tree" -> the filters disappear
4. switch back to "View as List", and the filters appear again
