On : version, Analytics

When attempting to run My Team's Performance report using Sales Manager user, the following occurs:

Graphing engine is not responding.
Unable to automatically determine unspecified range values.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with a Sales Manager user
2. Run My Team's Performance dashboard
3. Error occurs

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the chart
