Symptoms

While running Pre-Downtime Upgrade Readiness Health Checker for Fusion Applications upgrade the "Verifying SES Schedules and Index Optimizer are Stopped/Disabled" check fails.

HC-SES-0003 : Failed to check the status of SES Schedules. Run the command manually to identify the problem in detail and take appropriate corrective action or contact Oracle Support to fix the issue.
Command: /<APPLTOP>/fusionapps/ses/bin/searchadmin -c http://<hostname.domain>:7016/search/api/admin/AdminService getAllStates schedule
HC-SES-0005 : Failed to check the status of the Index Optimizer. Run the command manually to identify the problem in detail and take appropriate corrective action or contact Oracle Support to fix the issue.
Command: /<APPLTOP>/fusionapps/ses/bin/searchadmin -c http://<hostname.domain>:7016/search/api/admin/AdminService getState indexOptimizer
