Fusion Global Payroll: Employee's Regular Earnings not Processing after Running Quickpay for Supplemental Earnings (Doc ID 2161622.1)

Symptoms

Timecard Data was loaded for regular earnings and processed in a regular run where no earnings were found.

Ran quickpay for Supplement Earnings. Loaded Timecard data for regular earnings. Processed in Regular Run. Earnings were not picked up. Rolled back from regular process and ran quick pay with logging on and will upload log file.

1) As stated below the employee was originally processed in the regular run and because his timecard earnings were not processed he was rolled back from the Payroll Process - only him not the whole process.

2) Ran a QuickPay for that employee and again no earnings were processed.
