Fusion Global HR: Grade information Deleted by Edit Actions on Manage Employment

When performing Correct or Update actions in Manage Employment the Grade value is blanked out from the assignment record upon submit.
Grades are being removed when the Valid Grade feature is turned on. Valid Grade feature is turned on by setting the profile option - PER_ENFORCE_VALID_GRADES to Y.
Switching off the Valid grade feature by setting PER_ENFORCE_VALID_GRADES to N will prevent grade information from being deleted on performing update actions in Manage Employment.
In order to update the profile option to N please proceed as follows:
1. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance, search and launch task: Manage Administrator Profile Values.
2.In the Search region, enter PER_ENFORCE_VALID_GRADES in the Profile Option Code field and click on the Search button.
3. In the Profile Values region, select the Site level line item and change the Profile Value from Y to N.
4. Click on Save and Close.
