Symptoms

During Fusion Applications upgrade for OnPremise environment the orchestration fails on runIDMControlStartStopScript

From log file - idmUpgrade_<server>_<timestamp>.log

runIDMControlStartStopScript: START SERVER
15:17:23 : Executing : /app/fusion/idm/config/scripts/startall.sh -c start

Command used for runIDMControlStartStopScript: START SERVER: set -o pipefail; /app/fusion/idm/config/scripts/startall.sh -c start 2>&1 | tee -ai /app/upgrade9/logs/logs_ALL/start_<server>_<timestamp>.log

Executing on host :<server>
Starting Instance : /app/fusion/idm/config/instances/oid1 of Instance Type :OID on machine : <server>
Starting Instance : /app/fusion/idm/config/nodemanager/<server> of Instance Type :NM on machine : <server>
Starting Instance : AdminServer of Instance Type :AS on machine : <server>
Error while starting Instance : AdminServer of Instance Type :AS on machine : <server>

runIDMControlStartStopScript: START SERVER failed
Creating diff file for runIDMControlStartStopScript: START SERVER failure at /app/upgrade9/logs/logs_ALL/start_<server>_<timestamp>.dif.

 If startall.sh script (i.e. /app/fusion/idm/config/scripts/startall.sh) is run manually everything starts successfully.
