Turn off Supplier Email Notifications for Test (or any) Environment within Procurement

Information in this document applies to any platform.
During testing phase in a Test Environment, email notifications are being sent to Vendors. This email notifications (ONLY) needs to be turned off for this environment.
In general when support engineer Collaborate with CloudOps (SOA) team to turn these off, that will turn off ALL notifications (Email, bell, and any general notifications) from the Procurement Server. (There is no way to distinguish notification type).
Customer still may want to see other notifications (except email) remains ON.
