Manage Suppliers Cannot Be Searched With Any Existing Saved Searches

Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 Version, Supplier Registration

When attempting to Search Supplier from Manage Supplier page the following error occurs.

The default search fills the required attributes but a pop-up is shown Error , At least one of the following attributes Supplier, Supplier Number, Alternate Name, Tax Registration Number, Taxpayer ID, D-U-N-S Number, Registry ID is required.

The issue can be reproduced with following steps -

1. Go to Manage Suppliers Screen


2. Enter the Supplier Number Field

3. Click Search, You should be able to see the results based on the supplier number.


4. Click Save, to save the search (Set is as default, Run Automatically)


5. Logout of Fusion Applications and Log back in with the same user and go to Manage Suppliers Screen
6. The default search fills the required attributes but a pop-up is shown Error , At least one of the following attributes Supplier, Supplier Number, Alternate Name, Tax Registration Number, Taxpayer ID, D-U-N-S Number, Registry ID is required. And the same error is displayed for all previously saved searches. Once a new search is created, all the old searches also work and display the results.
