Symptoms
When uploading records using the Fixed Asset Mass Adjustments FBDI template, the following errors occur:

ORA-01722: invalid number Record ##: Rejected - Error on table FA_ADJUSTMENTS_T, column COST
ORA-01722: invalid number Record ##: Rejected - Error on table FA_ADJUSTMENTS_T, column YTD_DEPRN
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Populated FBDI Fixed Asset Mass Adjustments template. Create CSV file.
2. Navigate to Import and Export File. Create and upload file
3. Navigate Schedule Processes and Click Schedule New Processes. Search for Post Mass Financial Transactions.
4. Select file and Submit. Process errors out with the above errors in the log
