Users observe the Process Requisition has number of Buyers in the List of Values - even after inactivating.

In the Process requisition page, there are a number of buyers in the list of values. They have removed Buyer role, Inactivated the User as Procurement agent but still the buyer name is populated in the List of Values (LOV).
This is creating issues as there are a long list of values from which the user needs to select.

Can we know on what basis the List of Values (LOV) is populated and how can we restrict it limited number of active buyers?
