Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, File Import/Export

Unable to load contract with 'Active' status

Warning are as below:

ERROR_Contract.csv:
You must specify the Supplier party for the contract.
OKC-OKC_ODI_QA_CHECK_FAILED Details: OKC-OKC_ODI_QA_CHECK_FAILED Cause: The message, OKC-OKC_ODI_QA_CHECK_FAILED, can not be accessed. Action: Report this problem to an administrator.
You must enter at least one contract owner for this contract.
Header/Billing - You must enter a transaction type.
You must enter a contract organization and validate the contract again. Details: When the contract type has project-based line types enabled, a contract organization must be specified.

ERROR_Contract_Line.csv:
You must associate the contract line to a bill plan and validate the contract again. Details: When the contract line type is project-based, the contract line must be associated with a bill plan.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. prepare a CSV file and import into fusion using Manage File Import Activities

Due to this issue, users cannot activate contract successfully directly via import.
