Symptoms
Issues when the manager goes to mass assign a goal. When they navigate to My Team goals and click Add Goal, certain employees display a Goal Plan not Assigned message which prevents the manager from being able to mass assign. However, At the employee level, It is seen that they do in fact have a goal plan and even goals already assigned.
