Duplicate Profile ID & Content Item ID Error received when attempting to hire pending worker

Receiving the below error when attempting to hire a pending worker.

As the error suggests the issue appears to be relating to duplicate values within the Profile section. This pending worker has already integrated into fusion, the dates have not updated on the pending worker record.

How we should correct the dates within fusion so that we can complete the hire process, as there is no where on the convert pending worker train stop to change these details.
