Customize Goal Progress Summary By Changing The Color Code For Different Statuses (Doc ID 2172580.1)

Under My Team >> Goals , a manager tracks the goal progress using the Progress Summary. By default, the system uses color YELLOW for "Not Started" and "BLUE" for "In Progress". The Customer  would like to change these colors to "red" for "Not Started" and "Yellow" for "In progress"

However,  couldn't identify the link in the "source" where this customization needs to be carried out. The "Component Navigator" also doesn't highlight the component when we click the mouse on the item in the page.

Please advise us on how to accomplish this.
