Address field Error Messages while Converting Lead

Address Field Validation Triggers after the Lead Conversion No Account Validation is Triggered.

Once an Existing Account is added to the Lead and also Lead has an Contact associated with it, the Contact Address is auto-filled.
 Upon Conversion or Save the Address Validation should not trigger.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Open Lead
2.Add a Primary Contact that has an address.
3.The Lead Contact Address will auto-fill
4.Click Action > Convert
5.Validation no Account is Triggered
6.Cancel Conversion and proceed on Adding an Account
7.Try to convert again or just simply try to Save the Record
8.Address Validation Fires

Bad User Experience and also you lose time in canceling the record then edit ita gain to add the account then convert.
