Symptoms

When open the Incentive Compensation Transaction Import UI, user get the following error message

ERROR
Client received SOAP Fault from server : InvalidSecurityToken : The security token is not valid.

STEPS
Navigator > Credits and Earnings > Incentive Compensation Transaction Import

 

Changes

This is a new install instance on Release 11.
