Symptoms
Employee Unable to Edit the Goal
Created a Goal Plan providing access for HR Specialist, Manager and Worker, Allow Update by Employee is set to 'Yes'.
But the Employee is unable to edit any of the Goal .
STEPS TO REPLICATE
--------------------
1. Create a goal plan by choosing "Allow updates to goals by" as HR Specialist, Manager and Worker.
2. Attach the workers and goals to the goal plan
3. Now login as an employee and open one of the Goals.
4. All the fields are grayed out and employee is unable to edit the goal.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------
Worker should be able to edit the goal as the access has been given in the goal plan.
