Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Technology Management - Provisioning - LCM - Upgrade

When attempting to export Users and Security Task the following error occurs.

Business object: Position Security Profile Position List Status: Completed with errors Status details: access denied (oracle.wsm.security.WSFunctionPermission http://xmlns.oracle.com/apps/hcm/security/positionSecurityProfileMigrationService/PositionSecurityProfileMigrationService#exportDataAsync invoke)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to Fusion Application
2. Click on Navigator ->> Setup and Maintenance
3. Select Workforce Deployment
4. Click on Setup
5. Click on "Users and Security" dropdown
6. Click on Export ->> Create New
