Symptoms
When attempting to Punchout to Supplier the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
An error occurred in communicating to the punchout defined in the catalog xxxx .Contact the procurement application administrator.
Cannot authenticate with provided sing in information.Error Code 700
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into Fusion Applications as a Requester
2. Try to Punchout to Supplier
3. Get the error message
Note: This issue is happening after P2T Refresh on a test instance
