Cannot Create Customer Profile after Creating the Customer (Doc ID 2176789.1)

PROBLEM STATEMENT
=================
When user creates a customer and want to create a profile class write away the system throws the error: "The party {0} is either inactive or does not exist."

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
==================
The issue can be reproduced at will following the steps:
1. Create a new customer
2. Click on Save and Close button
3. The Search customer page opens and the customer account and site
information can be seen on the page, but not the party
4. Edit the customer account or site and create/edit the profile
5. When trying to save, the error is raised: "The party {0} is either
inactive or does not exist."
6. The user has to exist the page, query for the customer and then he is able to create the profile

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
=================
The system should show also the party info on the search page after creating a new customer, so that the error will not be raised

BUSINESS IMPACT
===============
Due to this issue the user has to perform an extra step and search for the newly created customer
