Duplicate Notification When Creating Account/Contact

On : 184.108.40.206.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households
Previously, when create account/contact which is similar to existing account/contact, notification for duplicate was shown.
However, recently the notification is not shown even if try to create the same account/contact.
Is there any configuration for showing duplicate notification?
