REL11UPG - Error When Opening Account Profile

On : 184.108.40.206.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households
Error occurs when customer logs in as SALES_ADMINISTRATOR or a Sales Representative who owns the account.
When opening Account's Profile sub-tab, error 1 occurs.
When customer clicks Save & Close after getting the above error, error 2 occurs.

An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 838, Server Domain: CRMDomain, Server Instance: SalesServer_1, Application Name: SalesApp.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as SALES_ADMINISTRATOR or a Sales Representative
2. Go to SUI > Accounts page
3. Search for an Account record. If user is a Sales Representative, then search for an Account that the user is an owner of.
4. Go to the Profile sub-tab
5. Error 1 occurs.
6. Click "Save and Close"
7. Error 2 occurs.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the Accounts pages properly.
