Notes Icon Needs to Indicate a change in Color in Note so second level managers will read the note

When the Compensation planner enters a note, the notes icon does not indicate there is a note. A star displays when there is no note. Client expecting a clear indication that a note has been entered. A clear indication could be a color change. This indication will alert second level managers to read the note.
